“I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

Jesus in John 10:10

Families come in all shapes and sizes. Some are chugging along well, but scratch the surface of others and often things don’t look so good. Our prayer is that as families enter into the presence of the living God, his Spirit will fill them to overflowing, bringing wholeness and joy and, where necessary, healing hurts and enabling people to forgive.

Our church recognises that the primary place for the nurture and development of our children’s faith is not at church on Sundays, but each and every day in the home. This understanding leads us to want to partner effectively with parents and caregivers to support and encourage, to equip and to pray for the wellbeing of their family life.

As part of our ministry to families, we offer a variety of Family Ministry courses. The Marriage Course is an excellent tool designed to strengthen existing relationships. We have various resources to encourage Faith at Home and run Parenting courses for both Children and Teenagers. For those who are separated and/or divorced, we offer a DivorceCare course and fellowship with others who have been through similar experiences.

In all things, we count it a real privilege to partner with God as his Spirit strengthens, restores and renews relationships.
